MEET OUR COACHES 

​Skating Start Up Info 

Please review the following bits of info that you may find helpful as we begin another year of skating.
  • Skaters should dress warmly for skating.
  • HOCKEY HELMETS ARE MANDITORY FOR PRECANSKATE AND CANSKATE STAGES 1-5
  • Don't forget mitts!
  • For CanSkate and PreCanskate programs we have name tags for the skaters to wear on the ice. Please pick them up AND drop off in the lobby each night.
  • CanSkate and PreCanskate are invited to participate in our cookie program. We ask for each skater to bring 1-2 dozen cookies (homemade or store bought both welcome) on their scheduled night. Skaters can than buy a cookie after skating for $0.25. Cookie lists will be shared after the first week of skating. 
  • Spectators,  including parents, are NOT ALLOWED on the ice surface for insurance reasons
  • Information will be posted on our Social Media Pages {Facebook and Instagram}, Website,  Bulletin board in the arena lobby, CanSkate and PreCanSkate weekly white board, and monthly newsletters to be found on the skating table. Regular emails will be sent with ongoing updates throughout the season.
  • We will have a parent meeting on the first day as an info and question session in the lobby after the skaters are on the ice.
  • Any questions or concerns, please feel free to any member of the Executive.
