How to Register.....
  1. Go to the link below that says "Registration Forms".
  2. Find the program that your child or children will participate in. If your child has not skated before {must be at least 3 years old} please select PreCan.
  3. On your computer, a new screen will pop open with a fillable registration form that can be filled out via computer. Please save this form and email it back to Skate Canada-Mount Forest @ [email protected] along with payment of choice....CASH, CHQ, E-TRANSFER to [email protected] 
  4. Please also read and sign and email back if need be our Parent Handbook, Parent Code of Conduct and our Concussion Policy Waiver.
  5. Once Skate Canada-Mount Forest has received your registration and payment you will receive an email invoice with confirmation..
